Service Support

Service Support Email In general, service and support are handled via email. We process consulting requests and orders in the order in which they are received.

Sending multiple emails will not result in a faster response. However, if you forgot to include important questions or answers in your initial email, you are welcome to send them in a follow-up email.

Working Language

Working Language:English We offer support exclusively in English and require its use for all communication. English is the most widely spoken language in the world and is used for day-to-day professional services—including consulting, invoicing, service delivery, and follow-up services.

However, to assist fans and clients who speak other languages in learning about herbs, some English-language herb introduction pages have been translated into several other languages using reliable translation tools. This does not mean, however, that we provide support services in those languages.

Interpretation

Interpretation Definitions of common syndrome differentiation and other related TCM concepts follow established principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and may differ—slightly or significantly—from definitions used in other scientific disciplines. We reserve the right to explain and interpret these terms accordingly.

Although such interpretations may differ from those in other sciences, we ensure that all interpretations and definitions align precisely with authoritative works by prominent ancient Chinese herbalists and credible modern scholarship in the field.

Security of Service

Security of Service Suggested steps to help ensure security include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure that the information you provide is basically accurate and correct for the consulting service; Ensure that your answers provided on the inquiry form are basically accurate and correct, and keep them updated as needed; Ensure that your answers for other relevant questions from our herbalist are basically accurate and correct.

Our clients should check the contraindications and interactions associated with the herbal prescription and notify us if any herb in the recipe has serious contraindications for their specific health condition or interacts with other herbs they are currently using.

Herbalists typically provide a list of possible contraindications and interactions; however, such lists generally include major, well-documented interactions or contraindications. Clients should not assume these lists are exhaustive.

Our clients should also verify that they are not concurrently using other prescriptions (herbal, pharmaceutical, or otherwise) that may interact with the recommended herbal recipe or any of its constituent herbs.

The herbal prescription recommended by herbalists are usually classical or non-classical prescriptions, modified properly according to individual syndrome patterns. Their safety has been empirically validated over centuries—when administered appropriately. In general, they are safe when used as directed.

Our clients should carefully follow the administration guide of herbal prescription, follow the prescribed dosage. Patent formulas typically include their own administration guide, clients should follow the administration guideline for patent formula of TCM. Continuous use of any herbal prescription is generally not recommended beyond three to six months without professional reassessment.

Service Payment Guidelines

Service Payment Guideline All payment invoices are generated in accordance with an agreement that specifies a validity period and a due date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in automatic invalidation of the invoice. If our client forgets to pay before the agreed-upon due date, we may issue a replacement invoice with a new validity period and due date.

There is no automatic subscription for our services. All consulting services and associated invoices are issued on a one-time basis—or for a pre-agreed number of sessions—within a defined timeframe, even when a product includes multiple services. You do not need to worry about unsolicited recurring charges from PayPal or other payment processors. We never bill clients without a mutual, written agreement.

All invoices must be paid in full—whether for new orders or renewals of existing services.

We will issue invoices denominated in a currency other than declared mainly acceptable currencies only after confirming, in advance, that such currency is acceptable recently.

Stable Price and Updates to Pricing

Stable Price and Updates To better serve our clients, we strive to make our services affordable, consistently priced, and of high quality.

We are committed to pricing transparency: there are no hidden fees, and clients will not incur any additional charges beyond those explicitly stated in their invoice. If you engage our consulting services, no supplementary fees will be added.

We reserve the right to update our pricing structure when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of such changes in advance. If active services are affected, revised pricing will take effect on the next scheduled invoice date—and will not apply to services for which payment has already been received.

Service Abuse and Client Misconduct

Service Abuse Our registered clients are treated with respect and good faith. At tcmwater.com, our herbalists value peace, harmony, and mutual respect—especially with our self-respecting clients and courteous fans of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). We provide support sincerely and professionally, with understanding.

In rare instances, however, abusive, harassing, or otherwise uncivil conduct may occur. We reserve the right to decline service to individuals who engage in such behavior.

Any attempt to abuse our services—including but not limited to automated scraping, excessive request volume, fraud, or misuse of consultations—will result in immediate termination of the associated account, without prior notice.
